Goals
GOAL 1: To produce a successful "follow-the-sun" virtual sales conference on the client's own virtual event platform that would allow the executive leadership and sales teams to deliver clear messages and brand values consistently across all touchpoints of the sales kick-off experience. Furthermore, this conference was to be the showcase event for the client's enhanced virtual event platform and motivate their sales team to sell this new product. Therefore, ensuring the virtual event went off without a hitch from start to finish was essential.
GOAL 2: To design and implement a cohesive look and feel across different platforms and media that would follow strict brand guidelines for the event, including the event website, registration form, virtual event platform, event communications, giveaways experience, and video content.
GOAL 3: To coordinate and manage all speakers and video recording sessions so that content could be handed off to the video production team for editing and turned around with enough time for client review before the event.
Outcome
Garnish Event Management worked closely with the client's branding and sales leadership teams to identify and review all facets of the virtual event that would be necessary to create the experience that executive leadership was looking to deliver to their sales team. From those conversations, The Garnish Event Management team then worked to diligently implemented the branding requirements and assets across multiple platforms and with the supporting vendors.
In addition to ensuring the branding and content were consistently followed, Garnish Event Management also worked to ensure that all tasks were completed on time and within budget.
As the virtual event platform enhancements were customized for this event, Garnish Event Management worked closely with the technical development team to help design the experience, implement content, and then thoroughly test, review, and log any bugs that appeared during the technical dry-runs before the go-live day so that all issues were resolved.
In the end, twenty-six sessions spread across three days of content were repeated across three different time zones to deliver this client's first event virtual sales kick-off using their own virtual platform. Attendees across the globe received gift boxes with company-branded items, participated in networking sessions and pavilion chats, and came together to celebrate the top sales teams for their achievements over the last year. Even though this organization may have been physically separated, everyone felt a strong sense of camaraderie and support, ready to take on the next year, together.
